June 1-3, 2012 ~ Oregon House ~ facilitated by Lea Bayles
Our time together at this magical interface of land and sea will ebb and flow from essensual nature yoga to expressive play with words, crayons, journaling, music and movement; from deep group and personal reflection to raucous laughter and silliness; from journeys of creative imagination to walks on the beach; from swimming dragon chi kung to simply being; from divine dreaming to being served deliciously beautiful and nourishing meals.
Oregon House, an enchanting setting south of Yachats, on the spectacular Oregon Coast, provides a gracious container for the deep work and sacred play of the soul. The waves sing softly through the rooms, windows overlook vastness of sea and sky while majestic trees shelter the grounds. Walk under the tall trees, along the stream to the secluded beach; in the serene lodge and outdoors, you will feel the healing magic!

“Thank you, from my heart. You've made me feel like a goddess.”
"I wanted to write this morning to extend my thanks once again for such a beautiful experience. I truly felt supported, enriched, rejuvenated and guided. Your generosity and wisdom have helped me reconnect with essential feminine aspects of myself." ~ Chris Neely, Art Coordinator
"Lea, Thank you so much for a beautiful retreat. Your guidance and the company of women were so uplifting. I am still smiling with the memories of dancing, laughing, crying, sharing, and expanding. You do take us on wonderful adventures of the mind and spirit. I am looking forward to more soon." ~Rebecca Hayes, educator, Corvallis Oregon
“I love your space. The location is divine and the women you attract are wonderful to learn from.” Denise Mc Coy, LMT
“I loved the reminder to "love what I love". That has been so good. You could have read me poetry all day. The poems, your voice and delivery, and the relaxed posture took me to very deep places. This retreat honored female energy without sinking into martyr/victim energy that sometimes gets re-enforced in groups of women. The 'doing' we did in the retreat was very gentle, with the focus on being and the reminder that this is fine/good/perfect. This I could use more of to shift into creative Karen vs. doing Karen. I would love to continue to develop the gentle love-myself, be- the –creative- creature- I- am vibe that was at your retreat.” ~Karen Campbell, healer, winemaker, writer
“What a beautiful way this was to start the New Year! It was really just what I needed. I came away feeling profoundly blessed to have been there, and loved every detail. I am choosey, so it isn't as though I just like everything that comes my way.
All of it was so magical. Beginning with the atmosphere. It was such a beautiful, warm space. The element of fire and the candle floating in water in the middle, along with the warmth of the stove helped me to sink quickly into comfort and ease. The lighting was soft and perfect. I felt I had everything to be comfortable, which was so decadent. I loved all of the exercises and oh my goodness, was the yoga amazing. I felt like a spoiled cat getting to just enjoy the feeling of my body being loved. I am so glad that the yoga was so gentle, relaxing, and profound.
Your instructions were perfect. I could feel exactly what you were talking about, ie. the snake image--and I felt comfortable, and felt that you gave the right amount of instruction to help us, but didn't over do it so that I began to feel performance anxiety.
I loved all the journaling. I so appreciated you making that such a key activity, so, we could carry our thoughts home. I loved the release and the “ Being done with” exercise. That was so powerful. I can feel it working.
You have such a talent for intuiting the needs of the group. I loved how you knew just what to say, how to open up comfort levels, and to ease transitions, and I love that you knew what to emphasize to maintain structure.
I just want to say, thank you for being you, because you do embody for me someone who has done her soul work, followed her bliss, listened to the depths of her heart, opened to see the gifts in life, who is real, engaged with life and love, and sharing it with the world. You are walking possibility and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
~Brooke Meservy, www.Bloomtopia.org writer, musician, mother.
“I felt like everything you said was meant for me, seeing to my depths, going straight to my heart, comforting me, and guiding me forward. The body work we did helped me release some painful stuff while it gently helped me understand it was okay to begin to let go of thinkings/body holdings that were no longer necessary. You are an amazing channel, grounding the healing and love of the Universe/Unity/Source of Being/All-Compassionate. Thank you for having the courage and perseverance to blaze your trail and stay on it.”
"This has been a wonderful afternoon! Full of insight, laughter, sharing, tears and peacefulness." ~Linda Audrain, realtor
"Your yoga style and method of honoring spirit & soul is so unique that you are truly one-in-a-million rare! All the wisdom & love you bring, and the light you impart to others, teaching us how to create our own light! Imagine! The gift that keeps on giving. Thank you, thank you again!" ~ Joan Linse, artisit, entrepreneur
" Lea's presence and kindness create a soft landing place for the soul. The weekend retreat was customized for our specific needs as a group, and as a teacher she always held this intention with integrity. Each experience with Lea is an opening to something deeper that wants to emerge from all of us: nothing less than a healing of ourselves individually and the planet as a whole." ~ Susan Grace Beekman, Master Coach, www.OasisLifeDesign.com
"The first time I met Lea, I knew I had met a deeply spiritual and loving person. She exudes goodness and grace and playfulness. She has a gift for putting people at ease and shining her light on you in a way that allows your light to shine brighter. While at a recent retreat of hers, at her beautiful home at Dreaming Forest Farm, I was invited to BE fully, all of who I am; to play, to dance, to share, to sink deep within myself. She seemed to know what I needed even before I knew. I felt held and safe in her presence. I left the retreat refreshed and replenished--a fuller, freer person, with more of me to give." ~ Julia Fehrenbacher, Artist, Writer, Entrepreneur
"Thank you and deep gratitude for my time here. I have delighted in the peace, quiet and comfort. Recently, I have had incredible stress from my job. This retreat time has soothed my soul and opened up new avenues and possibilities for me to bring my work more fully to the world.
I have felt myself and the other participants breathing in rhythm with the beautiful home and trees, creek, pond, gardens, rocks and sounds of creatures large and small. Being here we have remembered who we are held by the love, natural silence and energy that you have created at Dreaming Forest Farm. The beautifully abundant garden, your magical home, the rich forest has provided a perfect setting for this experience.
One wonderful memory that will always be with me is of five beautiful women sharing food, laughter, love and inspiration on the veranda last night. The evening was softly warm, the women delighting in each others company.
I imagine all the fortunate people who will come here to come into remembrance as well as to laugh, play, pray, love, dance, sing and celebrate life. " ~Gaye Abbott, RYT, writer, healer www.Resonancewithlife.com, www.BreathingSpaces.net
